About the room

It’s two bedrooms on the main floor of an old miners house. Available now until July 1, 2027. Perfect for students or retirees. Three blocks from Port Place mall, minutes from Hullo ferry, Gabriolla ferry, Harbour air and downtown. Nice quiet, backyard and great views from the deck.

About the roomies

I stay in the basement throughout the week. I sometimes come with my son. We keep to ourselves when we’re there. We’re both pretty friendly. I’ve had students here in the past which has worked out great. I can get past references upon request.
