About the roomies

I am back and forth on the island and live in the basement downstairs. I’m with my son sometimes and we keep to ourselves when we’re here. Tenants will most likely be putting the garbage and recycling out if I’m not around to do so. Im looking for quiet, easygoing tenants and hoping this time to occupy the unit will benefit us both.
