🏡 Larger, modern multi-storey townhouse/fourplex in Kirkness with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Please note there are lots of stairs throughout the home, as this is a 3 storey townhouse.
💰 $600/month, utilities & internet included 🔐 $250 damage deposit 🚿 Bathroom shared with one other roommate 🛏️ Unfurnished bedroom with a nice double sized mirrored closet, lots of natural light. 🚗 Off-street parking available directly in front of the unit 👤 Single occupancy preferred
🐾 Since there are already two toy-sized senior dogs in the home, we cannot have any additional dogs, and unfortunately no cats. Other types of pets may be considered.
🧻 Shared household costs: We split the cost of common household items used by everyone, such as toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning supplies. These are separate from rent and divided between the household as needed.
Looking for someone who is employed/has stable income, respectful, responsible and tidy. You should be able to independently keep up with your share of household chores and maintain shared spaces to a clean standard without needing reminders.
Looking for a minimum 6-month commitment, but ideally someone interested in staying through to April/May or June of 2027.

I can be a bit introverted and enjoy my own space. I also deal with some health issues, so there are times when I’m quieter or spend more time relaxing in my room. I’m friendly and enjoy chatting/hanging out, and the occasional shared meals - but also appreciate a home where everyone is comfortable doing their own thing. 😊
