Luxton, BC V9C 0J4

Private furnished bedroom and your own private bathroom available November 1 in a modern 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in the Happy Valley area of Langford.

The bedroom can come furnished with the bed and nightstand shown in the photos, or we can discuss removing the bed if you have your own furniture.

You’ll have full access to the shared areas of the home, including a large modern kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry, front balcony and outdoor patio area with BBQ. Parking is also available.

$1,300/month includes high-speed internet and utilities (hydro, water and garbage).

I’m a working professional who works primarily from home and keeps a pretty busy schedule between work and other commitments. I’m friendly and easygoing, but I also really value having a peaceful home and everyone’s personal space and privacy. I’m definitely not looking for a roommate who feels we need to hang out all the time — you’re welcome to do your own thing and make yourself at home.

I have two dogs — a Golden Retriever and an English Bulldog puppy — so being genuinely comfortable around dogs is important. 🐶

I’m looking for a responsible, clean and financially reliable working professional or mature student who is respectful of the home. This is a quiet household and not a party house, so I’m looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.
