Bright, unfurnished room of approximately 166 sq. ft., excluding the spacious closet, available November 1 near College & Ossington. The exact monthly rent is $764.03, even if the platform displays a rounded amount.

Important: roommates and their guests access the shared rooftop patio by walking through this bedroom. You’ll need to be comfortable with this arrangement. Hosting is discussed in advance, with consideration for the occupant’s schedule and privacy. The patio is mainly used in spring and summer, much less in fall, and generally isn’t used in winter.

The room has wood floors, high ceilings and a tall glass patio door that brings in natural light. It faces the quieter rear of the apartment, away from College Street. There is no separate window. The closet has an especially high ceiling and plenty of storage potential.

The room comes unfurnished, with selected furniture available to purchase separately from the current occupant. Photos with green curtains show the current setup; other room photos show previous furnishings to illustrate the layout.

Four roommates share one bathroom, the kitchen, and a rooftop patio/balcony with a barbecue. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster.

Electricity and internet are extra and split equally among four roommates. Your share averages approximately $50/month for electricity and $33/month for internet—about $847/month including rent. Actual bills vary. Household supplies are also shared.

TTC service is right outside, and Metro, laundromats, cafés and restaurants are nearby. No laundry on site or parking included. One occupant only; no couples or pets.

The current household includes women in their 30s, with some rooms changing occupants. We value a clean, considerate home where people can enjoy time together while respecting each other’s downtime. We share chores and household supplies, and communicate about guests and shared spaces.

For this room, being comfortable with roommates and guests walking through to reach the patio is especially important. We discuss hosting in advance and consider each other’s schedules.

We’re seeking a non-smoking roommate. There’s no smoking indoors; occasional social smoking on the patio is permitted, but regular smoking would not suit the household.
