Brand-new 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in a newly built building in Mimico. Everything is new and nobody has lived here before: modern kitchen, in-suite washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher and two full bathrooms (one ensuite, one with a bathtub), so you’ll basically have a bathroom to yourself. :)

Available from November 15 or December 1. You can choose between the two bedrooms: the master bedroom is $1,700/month, the other one is $1,500. First and last month’s rent are due before move-in.

Mimico GO Station is a 5-minute walk away and gets you downtown quickly. Grocery stores and shops are right around the corner.

I’m Svenja, originally from Germany, and I’ve lived in Toronto since last year. I work in recruiting, mostly remotely from home, and sometimes from a coworking space. Someone who works hybrid or out of the house would be a great fit, so we both have the space we need. I’m used to sharing a home: back in Germany I lived in my house with three other roommates.

I live here with my two dogs, Sam and Luna. They’re very calm and relaxed, and another friendly dog is welcome too.

I’m tidy, easygoing and clean regularly, and I’d hope for the same from a roommate. I like going out now and then, though rarely during the week, and I’m always happy to share a drink at home.

Gender doesn’t matter to me. What matters is that we respect each other and the space.
