We are three adults- a man and woman (the mama of the 8 year-old) in our 40’s and one woman in her 20’s

• We value mutual respect, open communication, thoughtfulness, connection and care for each other and our home
• We all operate fairly independently, but enjoy occasional shared meals, board games, living room dance parties, soccer matches or movie nights
• We are a mostly sober house and would welcome anyone with a similar lifestyle
• We would really love to find someone excited to live with a child! There is a lot of joy and sweet silliness. While there is some kid-related noise, the size of our house makes this not a major issue, especially on the third floor.
