Cozy room for rent for a long term roommate Available immediately in a three bedroom plus den townhouse. Your room comes mostly furnished with a queen size bed and two nightstands but happy for you to rearrange to your liking. One full bath mainly to yourself except for my showers . Happy for you to decorate it to your taste! The third bedroom is used as a guest room. The house comes fully furnished with a large l-shaped couch in the living room with an incredibly cozy fireplace for the winter. A workout corner located in the living room with a large mirror for all your at home exercises. Amazing views of the chief from both patios. Gorgeous flower garden out front. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the extra necessities, an air fryer, pressure cooker, blender, food processor, toaster and more! Tons of room for storage of gear in the den and your very own hallway closet. The floor plan is incredibly spacious!!

Who I’m looking for: A roommate who wants who treats this like a home not just a house. Is willing to help keep it tidy and doesn’t need to be asked to help do their portion of cleaning. Someone who is energy conscious and recycles responsibly. Would love for you to enjoy having shared time in the house with roommate meals and the occasional hang being practical of each other’s space when needed.

The room is $1500 monthly for a single person or $1,800 for a couple. Wi-Fi included, electricity and gas split 50/50. If working from home, utilities to be split 60/40.

Who you’re living with: a single female in her thirties who works hard and enjoys the outdoor life in Squamish. I’m not a full- send it kind of person but love to get out on hikes, be by the water, garden and go on adventures. I equally enjoy my indoor time, reading, crafting, cooking and baking. There is often encouraging spiritual music playing in the house. I’m very tidy and hope to find somebody who is equally responsible and mature. Not into partying. My only roommates are two wonderful friendly cats. I have had wonderful experiences with roommates in the past and looking to establish a real friendship and connection with somebody in the home.

King Taco: Shy and will avoid someone new for the first couple weeks while he gets used to the new presence in the home. Will slowly gain your trust by keeping an eye on you. After you’ve been won over, he will come up for heads bops and rubs.

Dutchess Olive: Friendly and quiet, will sit up on her cat tower keeping an eye on the room. Enjoys head rubs and will seek out cuddles.
