About the room

Looking for a roommate (female only) to take over the lease in this 2 beds 1 bath apartment in Overbrook. You would have a large private room in the unit. The apartment is on the second floor of a triplex in a quiet neighbourhood, across the street from a large park/rideau trail and 5 mins from downtown Ottawa. Also close to the OttawaU.

Rent is $1150 + utilites (~$100 per person). The rent also includes one parking spot on the driveway. Unfurnished room.

Lease starts on Feb 1st but move-in date is flexible in Jan. House: no party, no smoking/weed, no overnight guests of the opposite gender.
