There’s tons of storage in the garden level utilities closet / furnace room There’s a locked shed under the patio with plenty of secured bike storage

Large bedroom tucked away in a quiet corner of the garden level (split-level, not a basement), right next to the bathroom Includes a queen bed frame and mattress, with an available desk and night table as well Large closet and cubby area The bedroom has its own thermostat, so you can keep it as warm or cool as you like You’d share the garden level bathroom as your primary bathroom with just one other person (Katherine) The garden level bathroom is a full bathroom with bathtub, shower, modern fixtures, and plenty of storage space The other bathrooms are on the main floor (shared by occasional guests and Asti as her primary bathroom), and upstairs (Wes and Luke mainly use as their primary bathroom)

Rent: $1,195 / month due on the last day of each month for the following month

Available now, any time in October, or November 1 (flexible start date, rent pro-rated by day)

Term: to start, through January 31, 2027, with the potential option to extend for another 3 months after that (if it’s working for everyone)

Hi! We’re Katherine, Asti, Luke, and Wes, four roommates in our early-to-late 30s. We’re looking for a fifth roommate to share our 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with. Asti and Katherine joined us this fall, and we have one room left. We’re hoping to find someone with similar values, interests, and living habits.

We’re mature, responsible, and tidy roommates who like to spend our free time keeping active outdoors. Summer weekends are spent playing beach volleyball, hiking, biking, golfing, soccer, and enjoying backyard BBQs. In the winter we like to hit the ski hills, go for chilly runs or bike rides, hang out in the climbing gym, discover local yoga studios, and get out on the hiking trails. On rainy days and evenings, we enjoy watching a good film, playing board games in the living room, or reading a good book before going to bed at a reasonable hour. Year round, we also love cooking, trying new restaurants, the Sunday farmers market, bike trips, and picking up new hobbies.

We’ve each been living in shared accommodations for much of our adult lives, so we like to think we’re pretty good at it by now. We appreciate being able to hang out with housemates: the occasional weekend hike, house dinners, running errands, etc. We’re looking for a communicative and respectful person to share our beautiful home with. Our house party days and weeknights staying up past 11 pm are long over, so please keep that in mind!

A few of us work from home, so the house stays pretty quiet during the day. We like hanging out, but we also respect each other’s space and downtime. We split the cost of cleaning supplies and share the chores.
