The basement suite has its own private entrance with a side walkway and a parking spot right in front of the house. It has a full kitchen with a pantry, and a washer and dryer that both work great. All utilities are included in the rent, so you don’t have to worry about extra bills. There is a private bedroom with a closet and a good-sized window for a basement, as well as a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub.

The location is great, with No Frills, Safeway, Lawson Heights Mall, and Pet Value all within walking distance. There are also bus stops nearby, and the house is close to a school and the river. It’s a convenient location with everything you need close by!

I’m a pretty quiet person and a bit of a homebody. I enjoy relaxing with a good book, making a good soup, cooking, and doing crafts (even if I’m not the best at them 😂). I can be a little louder on Friday nights, but for the most part, I enjoy a chill and relaxed environment.

I also have two pet bunnies who stay in my room full-time. They’re fully litter trained, and they’re only allowed to roam around the living room if my roommate is comfortable with it.

The person living upstairs has a dog and is pretty chill, so the overall vibe is laid-back!
