About the room

3 bedrooom Apartment is located 10 min to downtown - Sunnyside/kensington area. 10 Min walk to LRT station. 1 room is available. Ensuite washer/dryer. Shared kitchen & bathroom.

We have one cat already so we are looking for a roommate with no pets and treats the home as a sanctuary. Available for November 1st.

About the roomies

My name is Juju and my roomie is Stephi. We are in our late 20s- mid 30s. We are super chill and value transparent communication, mutual respect and having a judgement free environment. Both of us are festival goers and enjoy going out to live music and are very involved in the festival community. We are hoping to find someone on a similar vibe or at least who is cool with our vibes.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
