About the room

Nice quite neighbourhood with lots of parks around The house has a great big covered patio at the back wonderful for bbq’s and relaxing. The room is unfurnished but my current roommate has her bed for sale if you would like to buy it. The room is at the back of the house. All utilities and internet is included in the rent and there is street parking.

About the roomies

There will only be the two of us living in the house with my loveable golden retriever, sorry we can’t have any more pets in the house.

I’m looking for a someone in there 30-40’s who is responsible, has good communication, self motivated, clean, respectful, love dogs and artsy.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
