The area is on the outer North East end of Saskatoon, a bus stop is right outside the apartment building. There is a small shopping centre a 5 min walk from the apartment building as well. (Dollar store, pharmacy, grocery, fast food, ect.)

Apartment includes in-suite laundry, balcony, full kitchen, and a shared bathroom.

Rent is 1800$ split 50/50,(900$ each) Water and Heating is included in rent, though power and wifi is not (power depends on how much we use but half is typically 100$ a month and half of the wifi bill is 28$ a month.)

My name Is Jay and I am currently a student at University of Saskatchewan. Due to some complications with late rent payments from my current roommate, she will be moving out shortly, in the meantime I hope to find a friendly and communicative roommate to take her place.

Between Working part time and school, i am usually out of the apartment. Though, when i am around I like to think im friendly and talkative. I would appreciate being on friendly terms with a roommate.

The whole apartment(excluding individual bedrooms) is a shared space so please dont feel like you need to walk on eggshells around me.

I have a pet cat that is living in the apartment, she is very friendly and would prefer to scratch her toys than your belongings.
