The Jan–May 2027 rooms are currently vacant / available — come as a group or solo. You can take one individual room, or come as a group of up to 4 to fill the house together. Looking for clean, mature students / professionals who will keep shared spaces tidy. No smoking, no pets. the house is tenanted right now until the Jan term, so viewings still need 24 hours notice — I worded it as the Jan–May rooms being vacant / available, not the house being empty today.
