Rent for this space is $1600/month, and includes all utilities (heat, air conditioning, hydro, water), internet, lawn maintenance, and snow removal. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping, of any substance, in or on the property. Looking for a clean, quiet tenant who will be respectful of others living in the house (i.e., landlord).

This space is in my home. I am a mature, professional, female. My 80-year old mother comes to stay with me in the winter months.
