About the room
T3C0R6 - Sunalta Share my well furnished apartment with me. Photos in progress…..I am updating the spot right now.. In the cost of rent I also include some shareable items. TP, paper towel, garbage bags etc. I can give you the list if we chat. My last roomies used transit, and it is just easier space wise if I buy and we share some basic house stuff.
-living room with 65“ TV, elliptical, gym mats, hypervibe machine, a few sets of weights and stretching and massage tools. -fully loaded kitchen and bbq on patio

- 5 minute walk to Sunalta C train (I cannot get address right on the site but its T3C0R6 -20 minute walk to grocery store Mid Town COOP. -A FEW pubs, convenience stores and restaurants 5-7 minute walk away YOUR ROOM- FULL sized bed, desk, LARGE closet and storage cabinets. Side table with charger and lighting. A mini fridge and mini freezer so you have extra space if you need. 42 inch TV with Roku, Netflix, Prime etc included (we can discuss), utilities, internet included.
About the roomies
Healthcare worker day time weekdays. I have a gym membership I need to start using. Quiet person, rare drinker. Hang out in my room most of the time. Looking for someone who works outside of the home mon-friday, preferably similar hours. If you start a tad earlier than 8am or after 9, that is a bonus for both of us!
