There is a MINI fridge and small deep freeze in the room that can be used for bonus space for you along with half the kitchen fridge. Large closet space in room. A bit of space in storage room as well. Everything you could need in the kitchen plus dishwasher. Shared bathroom BUT lots of storage. Lots of gym stuff in living room. 2 cardio machines and mats and weights. 65“ TV. Non smoking building but there is a balcony with BBQ and table with 2 chairs. People vape in building as long as it is odorless. Lots of extras included that I haven’t mentioned. I like to just cover some of essential shared stuff in rent cost so we don’t need to store doubles of items…I will explain if we chat. Someone who has no vehicle will find my spot very accommodating as you will have less to shop for.
