1 bedroom with desk and storage. I just need to bring in a proper bed for the right renter. Located in Sunalta 5 minutes from C train station. Good parking available. There is also a small deep freeze in the room that can be used or moved out. Large closet space. A bit of space in storage room as well. I have one large cat. Lots of gym stuff in living room. 2 cardio machines and mats and weights. Non smoking building but there is a large balcony that can be used. There is a BBQ that can be put to use by you. I prefer a non smoker if possible. Vape is fine.

Full time health care worker currently off work but going back in October. Quite 40yr old female. Prefer to not take in anymore animals.
