Trans/Queer preferred! The room is partially furnished (just comes with a bed) but the space is entirely private. There is a shared living space, laundry room, kitchen, and bathroom. Smoking isn’t allowed inside of the house but there’s no problem with smoking a little bit away from it.

The house is about a 10 minute walk from Broadway and a 40 minute walk to Kitsilano beach. It is relatively close to UBC and if you’re a ECU student (like the both of us), it’s a 40 minute bus ride.

My name is Aeron (he/him) and I am currently a first year student at ECU who has recently moved to Vancouver from Alberta. I moved in with my eldest brother, Simon (he/him) who is in his third year also at ECU. We’re both queer and want another roommate who is also queer.

We previously had a third roommate but she moved out unannounced so we are currently looking for someone who would be open to a room by the end of October/start of November!

We are both artists who also spend time in the shared living space either drawing, doing homework, or playing splatoon together and would love if someone has a shared interest for it as well (though it’s not mandatory).
