Cost • $1150/month • Utilities about $80/month on average (your share is 1/5 of gas and hydro and 1/4 of internet; higher in winter) • Deposit: $575

Lease details • 6-month lease to April 30, 2027. Renewal after that is decided together. • You’d join the current tenants on one shared lease with the landlady.
