Two upstairs bedrooms are available in a detached house in Oakville, right by Lakeshore Rd W, between Third Line and Fourth Line, just east of Coronation Park — a few minutes’ walk to the lake.
Each room is $1,200 per month, all-inclusive, including utilities, heating, and high-speed internet. Each room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and desk. The rooms share a bathroom with a double vanity, as well as the kitchen, laundry, and living room. One driveway parking spot is included per person.
Available early November 2026. Long-term stays of 6+ months are preferred. The owner lives in the home, so this is an owner-occupied shared home. Female roommates are preferred.
