Furnished with a twin bed (mattress protector plus new 100% cotton sheets, duvet cover, and pillows included), under-bed storage drawers, a very comfortable reclining chair, a salt lamp, and desk with an office chair..

🛁Your semi-private bathroom gives you your own sink and toilet — you’d share only the bathtub with one other female roommate. Plenty of storage cupboards included.

🏡 The Home A well-kept 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 3-level home in a quiet, safe Upper Capilano neighbourhood, with a maximum of 6 residents.

Shared spaces include: Fully equipped kitchen and dining room Games room with professional pool table, elliptical, piano, guitar, board games, and sewing machine Washer & dryer Big front and back yards — the backyard has a trail through the trees Street parking for one car

This is a chemical- and perfume-free home. Feel free to bring your essential oils!

Rent + House Contribution — $775 + $195/month The house contribution covers utilities (electricity, heat & hot water), high-speed internet, household soaps & supplies, and weekly professional cleaning of all shared spaces 🫧( Only $80/ person toward cleaning; the rest covered by the household).

This means no cleaning disagreements, no messy surprises — just a beautiful, peaceful home. 🕊️

Friendly, easygoing household — I rent here with my ex (we’re genuinely just roommates and friends now, co-parenting our two kids), plus our two school-aged children (8 & 10) who live in a completely separate wing of the house with their own private bathroom, private kids play room and bedroom areas. Everyone values kindness, tidiness and mutual respect. Think casual roommate energy with zero kid-clutter in shared spaces. We rent two rooms to women only, both rooms are currently available.
