Your own heat thermostat and a private 2-piece ensuite bathroom. The Home A spacious 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 3-level home in a quiet, safe Upper Capilano neighbourhood, with a maximum of 6 residents.

Rent + House Contribution — $875 + $195/month The house contribution covers utilities (electricity, heat & hot water), high-speed internet, household soaps & supplies, and weekly professional cleaning of all shared spaces (only $80/ person toward cleaning; the rest covered by the household). This means chore sharing meetings, cleaning-related disagreements, or messy surprises — just a clean, beautiful, and peaceful home.

Location — Upper Capilano 5-minute walk to transit, walking trails, restaurants & cafés, schools, convenience stores and more. Within a 10-minute drive: Lions Gate Bridge to downtown, Grouse Mountain (skiing, snowboarding, Grouse Grind, Gravity Coaster), Edgemont Village, Capilano Mall, Delbrook Rec Centre, Cleveland Dam, Capilano Suspension Bridge, groceries, pharmacies, banks and shopping.

Friendly, easygoing household — I rent here with my ex (we’re genuinely just roommates and friends now, co-parenting our two kids), plus our two school-aged children (8 & 10) who live in a completely separate wing of the house with their own private bathroom, private kids play room and bedroom areas. Everyone values kindness, tidiness and mutual respect. Think casual roommate energy with zero kid-clutter in shared spaces. We rent two rooms to women only, both rooms are currently available.
