Looking for a working, clean, quiet, and easy-going person to rent a large basement bedroom $550. Common areas (living room, kitchen, and 3 bathrooms) are shared.

The rent includes all utilities, high speed internet, washer, and dryer. First month rent and DD (can be used for last month rent if no damage occurred) is required prior to move in and non-negotiable.

About 5 minutes walking distance to Whitehorn Ctrain Station, about 15 minutes to downtown. It is easy access to airport and industrial areas. Walking distance to Walmart Logistics.

Close to all amenities, such as Superstore, 7-Eleven, Sunridge Mall, TD, Safeway, FreshCo.
