About the room

Hi, I’m Jayanna and I’m looking for a roommate in a place I am already renting. You would need $825 for rent and pay the other portion of electricity which is usually around $60 plus $42.50 for the internet. Heat and gas is included. There is one bedroom available for you. A kitchen that has a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and an air fryer. The bathroom has a bathtub too. The living room is pretty big with a TV and futon. There is enough space to decorate it however you’d like. The Chinook Mall is under a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk. There are also two C-Trains near by that are only a 5 minute drive and a bus stop outside. Downtown is only a 10 to 15 minute drive too. I am looking for someone who can at least stay for one year, but preferably for about 3 years. You can move in as soon as you need!

I am a full-time student who has two jobs currently. I am very hardworking, honest, budget strictly, clean, and quiet.

You don’t ever have to feel like we have to socialize much beyond basic living expenses that we share or other roommate duties.

I also cook and sometimes will share a meal that I make too.
