I have a room for rent in a 2 bedroom apartment. Downtown Niagara Falls, 15 min walk to Clifton Hill or The Falls or The Gorge, bus stop right outside front door of the building and a train station around the corner. Asking $600 a month, price includes utilities, high speed wifi, and cable could be set up in the room if its desired. If parking is required the building charges 52.50 each month. Available May 1st. Mature applicants only please. Unit is currently undergoing some renovations, so pictures may not be 100% accurate. I can also provide more pictures of the rest of the unit but please bear the renovations in mind.
