Beautiful apartment overlooking Burnaby mountain. Very clean, never been lived in before. Lots of light. West facing room with built ins on either side of bed area. Room for a desk or dresser in room. Kitchen has a good amount of storage, dishwasher and gas range. Full size washer and dryer. The main living space will be furnished, but the bedroom will not, if you require a bed we may be able to work something out if you are the right person. Apartment is just under 750 sqft. Patio is just under 200 sqft, covered, lovely extended outdoor living. Building has a gym and outdoor pool, also 5 minute walk to skytrain station.

My Name is Chris. I am a 25 year old professional that works full time at a Logistics company in Vancouver. I am set to go to Business school again in September to BCIT. I am very clean and quiet and spend most of my time out of the apartment working and soon to be in class. I enjoy cooking, being outdoors and playing ice hockey.
