This is a basement room in a duplex in a very quiet neighborhood just south of Windermere. You would have a private living room and bathroom in the basement and shared kitchen and laundry. There is one spare guest room as well if you have anyone visiting for a short amount of time. There is a backyard with a large deck and bbq for use as well. Utilities are included, this would cover TELUS home services and epcor power/water/gas.
About the roomies
I am in my early 30s and presently work two jobs, mostly in the late evenings. In my free time I like read, chilling out or doing yoga, I also travel quite a bit. I have a 9 year old lab husky cross, who while I am at work stays in a kennel and is well behaved.
