Half rent for the unit is $595.00/mo + utilities & WiFi (avg. about $100.00/mo).

The common-areas of the unit are already furnished - would only be required for any your own personal belongings. Attached are photos of the bedroom available.

The building itself also features a number of amenities, such as a small gym, roof-deck, and common areas. It is a 5-minute drive to university campuses.

I’m a third year BBA student at UNBF. As a roommate I’d consider myself pretty organized, preferring to keep common areas clean as much as possible. I spend most of my time within the apartment studying, so noise is kept pretty much to a minimum. I’m a pretty extroverted person so I’m frequently out doing activities in my time outside the books/classroom!
