Hello I am looking for a female roommate to share my three bedroom duplex. There are two rooms to choose from. The larger is 675 and fully furnished, walk in closet and T.V. The smaller room is 575, furnished but no T.V My place has 1.5 bathrooms, large pantry, washer and dryer, deck, fire place, private and street parking. Two blocks from the Sunnyside C-train station, Safeway, cafes(even a cat cafe), gyms, parks, bike paths, pubs, theater,book shops, game shops, and an escape room. My area is Kensington/Sunnyside. The address posted is because it would not accept my address. 8ave and 3rd NW.

I am a full time nurse and I absolutely love cooking. I have to elderly cats that are super affectionate. I like to watch movies and get out in my neighborhood, as there is always something to do.
