Additional Information:

• The shared living space is very spacious and bright. The bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows and there is also light coming into the living space from the balcony. The balcony has an incredible view especially at night, which can also be seen from the bedrooms. The kitchen has tons of cupboard space. There are plenty of bookshelf space as well.
• Within walking distance to: Square One, Walmart, Whole Foods Market, LCBO, Kariya Park, Petro-Canada, and a variety of restaurants.
• There is currently NO parking space available (has already been rented out). But there is paid parking on the street just outside the plaza, or you may take a look at the parking space rentals posted up in the lobby bulletin.
• The condo building is smoke-free. There is a pet restriction for the building.
• There are several amenities provided by Absolute World that is free of charge for current residents. These include: indoor/outdoor pool, library, gym, theater, squash courts, BBQ terrace, entertainment rooms, and more.

You will be living with a mature male in his late 20s. He is currently working a 9-5 job from home (due to COVID) as a research analyst. He’s super chill and dorky, and loves video games, movies, and books. He is a clean and respectful roommate and is looking for a roommate who is the same. He’s also looking for someone to play basketball with.
