Nathan's room

This is a recently renovated, semi-private living space (entire basement) in a detached home complete with a kitchenette, private bathroom and large living room. Short walk to downtown with great parks and trails nearby. Conveniently located near the highway. I do need to be able to walk through the living room from time-to-time to access sports equipment, tools and do laundry which I am happy to do respectfully at mutually convenient times. I am slowly working away at some renovations on the main and upper floors but happy to let you know what is going on when and respect quiet times. Shared full kitchen on the main floor. Available anytime after November 1st.

I am a friendly, active young professional that enjoys team sports, board games and the great outdoors. I do all my own cooking and enjoy hosting social gatherings (on pause right now). I work for a non-profit research center that aims to improve the lives of older adults. I have a fully grown, very friendly, Siberian Husky that also enjoys being social and active. He is very quiet and doesn’t go downstairs. If you are social, clean and helpful, I am happy to share access to the rest of the house and backyard as well. The basement can be sealed off from the rest of the house if needed for a 14 day isolation. If you are interested in helping with renovations and/or pet sitting, I would happily barter food, sports equipment rentals, and/or reduced rent. MUST BE NON-SMOKER.
