I am looking to share a beautiful and spacious 4 1/2 apartment with a female roommate. It is located at the corner of Monkland and Grand Boulevard. All of the appliances are included in the rent as well as the hot water, heating, electricity and Internet . It is a non furnished possibility of furnishing open area that is turned into a bedroom. The room is divided with separators. There is also a shared bathroom and kitchen space. It is a newly renovated space with hard wood floors. Renovated kitchen and bathroom which includes granite counters. There is also a balcony to look out and a park close by. The apartment is located in a great area of NDG and has a quiet neighbourhood. Everything is nearby:

• Block away from Monkland street
• Restaurants, Banks, Schools, Stores, Supermarkets - everything on walking distance.
• 10 min drive to downtown
• buses: 102, 103, 162
• 5 minutes bus to metro Villa-Maria

Please let me know as soon as possible if you are interested! Also the only part of the apartment that would need to be furnished is the room. The lease goes from anytime in October or November, 2020 to August 31, 2021.

The apartment will be shared with me a young female physical education teacher and my dog a goldendoodle. I love to hang out, have quiet times, play sports, read and bake desserts.
