Owner occupied 3-year-old 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome in Kilworth just minutes away from West London, 15-minute drive to Western University and close to Komoka Provincial Park. Hydro, utilities, wi-fi, laundry all included. Shared areas are furnished. Kitchen is equipped with small appliances, dishes, cooking tools etc. Parking spot is available. There are couple of different options based on preferences/needs: ~1 private bedroom/bathroom on upper level (photos 3-7). Shared laundry on upper level and shared kitchen/common area on main level. ~1 private basement suite (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 living areas; photos 8-12). Shared kitchen/entrance on main level; shared laundry on upper level (option to add laundry and/or wet bar to basement suite and rent would reflect these inclusions). ~Open to discussing options and rent amount for 2 people.

I am a full time teacher and part-time fitness/yoga instructor in my mid-30s. Non-smoker. I am looking for a roommate who communicates well, cleans up after themselves, is respectful and lives a similar lifestyle. I spend a lot of my time dedicated to work, so do like my home to be a calm space. It is very important that me that we are the “right fit”, so that it can be a positive living situation for both of us. I do have a tiny bunny who is friendly and litter trained, but will be kept out of your personal space.
