The unit is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms split unit, and a solarium and about 1200sqt. VERY SPACIOUS. The solarium has been turned into a shared working space for anyone needing somewhere to work from home. I currently occupy the master and the available room is the secondary with its own large bathroom. The rest of the apartment is completely furnished and ready to move into and live in. There is a good amount of storage space in the unit. No in suit laundry but there is laundry on the floor 2 doors down so it is very convenient. The building is located at King and Bathurst right in the heart of the entertainment district. The location is amazing with transit and other essentials easily accessible. The building is very quiet with good amenities. (Current photo’s are dated for living space. Furniture is the same mostly but configured differently)

I am a single women in my early 30s. I’m currently working in the service industry practically full time hours. I’m very social and outgoing, I tend to easily get along with most people. I am the complete opposite of a home body but I like to come home to a clean and cozy space. I am open to female, male, trans, non-binary ect. roommates. I am very easy going and laid back. All I’m looking for is someone who is respectful of all my things in the unit, someone clean and who cleans up after themselves in the common spaces.
