Gorgeous heritage building in one of the best neighbourhoods in Vancouver. Less than a minute to Stanley Park and Denman st. Right on transit route. Huge choice of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Beaches are just a short walking distance. The unit was renovated in 2017 and has a more modern look. Decent kitchen space. Laundry is on the same floor. No pets allowed. There is bike storage in the building. No parking(you’d have to get downtown parking permit or find a spot rented out by a nearby building).

You’d be sharing the unit with me. I work from home and am very chill and easy to get along with. I’m into art and gaming. I like to go out with friends, go to the gym, and travel.

Looking for somebody who’s also pretty chill and looking to stay somewhat long term(6+ months is decent, as who knows what life brings). This is not a party pad. No couples please. Students are fine.
