Sublease available for an semi-furnished bedroom. Bring your own mattress. Single bed included and storage in the room. Appartment is fully furnished. Washer & dryer within the unit and also 3 machines in the building. Heating, water and wifi included. No A/C.

Transport The building has no parking available for our unit. We are conveniently located near Villa-Maria station (5mins walk), Snowdown (12mins walk), 4 bixi stations (5-10 mins walk), bus lines 17, 24, 66 and 51.

Groceries We are close to an IGA (4mins walk), Provigo (10mins walk), Metro (12 mins walk). There are small shops on Monkland street and on Queen Mary as well that sell produce (10mins).

Pharmacies We have a Jean Coutu nearby although I wouldn’t recommend it. There is a Jean-Coutu and 2 pharmaprix that are further but more reliable (10mins walk).

Building maintenance The building manager lives on the floor below us and is very nice. The building is from the 1920s but our unit was renovated recently.

The room is spacious and has large windows. It gets very sunny. The room has built-in storage. We will prioritize someone who is willing to buy a new mattress to move Available to view person.

If you WFH, you’ll need to add a wifi or booster to your room.

No pet lease and no TV. We do have a projector to watch movies on communal walls that you can use also in your room. TV in bedroom do-able if you are willing to wear headphones.

I have been living in this apartment since July 2020. I fell in love with the apartment when I saw the kitchen island. I work in clinical research. I am extrovert who needs quiet time sometimes. I enjoy Spanish TV shows and books in my spare time. I enjoy cooking for fun, I hate cooking to feed myself. I appreciate a clean and peaceful space.

My roommate Lolya is a recent graduate. She has the most healthy sleep cycle that you can ever encounter. She is a home buddy who knows how to enjoy the outside. She enjoys naps, snacks and shows in her spare time. She is very environmentally conscious without being pushy. She appreciates a clean and peaceful space.
