This is a lower level with large windows, open space concept, and was recently renovated. It has new appliances including dishwasher, laundry and dryer. Unit comes fully furnished, excluding your bedroom. Walking distance to Kensington Market, Little Italy, Korean Town and Ossington! Relationship to unit: Current tenant seeking roommate. Lease terms: This is a roommate search. You will sign a Roommate Agreement with me (lease holder) and pay rent to me. Requirements: Proof of income. First and last month rent. Credit Check.
