Thilo's room

We are looking for a third room mate in our big apartment near Guy-Concordia for the beginning of June.

Located in the heart of downtown Montreal. Excellent location - apartment building located on the same block as a 24/7 dépanneur and Guy-Concordia metro station (only one block away from Concordia!). A few minutes walk from PA supermarket & IGA and countless bars and restaurants on St-Catherines. The apartment has two bathrooms, spacious living room and arguably the best balcony in the city. Furniture includes bed frame, matress, desk, chair, nightstand and built in wadrobe. Price also includes WiFi, heat, water, electricity and kitchen essentials. The room has a view of Mount Royal as seen in the pictures.

We are currently two young students (25 and 27 years old) from Germany and Korea looking for another student or young professional. We like to hang out together in the living room or kitchen occasionally but of course also respect each others study times. Shoot me a message if you are interested and introduce yourself briefly.
