The property is located on Manning Avenue & College West between Little Italy and Korea Town. A short stroll to Kensington Market, Christie Pits, and Trinity Bellwoods. Great public transport options with Christie Subway Station only a 10 minute walk to the north and College West street car less than 300m away.

Rent is $1050 per month with hydro (varies) and internet ($17) extra. You would be signing a new one year lease with remaining two roommates.

You will be moving in with Becca and Alex. Both are easygoing, clean and friendly roommates. Becca is 26 and a landscape architect. Alex is 31 and he works in music advertising. Currently both of them are working from home. It has been an absolute blast living here the last 4 years; but I’ve finally purchased my own place.

We are looking for someone who will be a good fit with our house! Respectful, mature, clean and ideally someone who we can be friends with (considering it looks like we will all be spending a good amount of time at home these days). We like to binge watch a good series and share the occasional roommate dinner and drinks 🙂
