Brand new 3 bedroom McKee home in Coopers Crossing. Have to be a nonsmoker, this includes vaping and cannabis. No pets.

There are three bathrooms. One is a private ensuite in a room. Another full bathroom on the first floor and there is a half bathroom downstairs on the main floor.

Brand new appliances including Electrolux washer/dryer. Huge Samsung fridge and freezer. Lots of kitchen space and a pantry.

There is parking on or inside the garage.

This is a mature household with working professionals. Three roommates work full-time. They are tidy and respectful. Working AWAY from home is a must. Bills for heating/electricity capped at 50 for winter. Summer is 30 or less generally.
