= This home is specialized for being managed in a sanitary way = There is no cleaning rule but you should make it clean/return clearly everytime when you used something as the original condition thats all I want. In this way, it is much better to feel comfortable because we don’t need to feel pressure to clean up every week each person and this way looks more clean. No rats,cockroaches,bedbugs

This location is really perfect to live and going somewhere easily, here are 3 buses and near a station, one bus goes to downtown directly around 15mins There are so many grocery stores : walmart/canadian tire/Two Korean stores/two provigo/Korean restaurant/salons/a recycle store/big hospitals everything what you need Sherbrook street is one of main streets in the heart of Montreal

1> Talking on the phone 24/7 or disturbing ppl in whole day due to the reason or non-respectful someone just like making noises anything a lot

2> Non respectful others at late night(12am-5:30am) like Cooking late night/yelling/talking on the phone/music/tv whatever but it will be ok if you don’t disturb even if you don’t sleep in that time.

3> Who tries to bring someone into our home like girl friend/bf/ friends/family whoever. Also especially, in this virus situation, never accept anyone. The police could charge on you up to $6K if you do not respect the law as you can know. Plus,I had so many problems when some people brought someone that the people messed up everywhere and I don’t even know who they are (why would I have to serve on unknown people? they don’t even know our rules, I am not a slave to clean up when the unknown ppl messed up, not even going back to home. this was ridiculous (there are a lot of brains’ messed up ppl who brings someone) so, no more. this is not a guest house, it’s a private apt. for all of us.

4> Who doesn’t care of something when you used a stuff/a place. All the stuff/spots should be same condition ex: bathroom,kitchen,stuff

5> Noticed same things but repeating and repeating tons of times, still never change
