Seeking a roommate for short but preferably long term stay in a 2 bdrm 1 bath, 1000+ sq ft open concept loft shared with one professional female and a very sweet 7.5 year old Doberman in the heart of Queen West, in a creative, professional community low-rise loft building. The space is quite airy with 11ft ceilings and ample space for lounging. (Please note the building is older and does not have underground parking).

The Bedroom is depersonalized and than presented in pictures as per my current roommate. It is medium-large, with a Queen Size bed, with a large south-facing window and a very large closet. It has a bed with a brand new plush mattress and can have a down pillow top added if that would be a preference. It also contains one medium side dresser, large vertical dresser and medium desk with a comfortable chair. All furniture is a cherry wood.

The kitchen is great for those who enjoy cooking, as it is fully equipped with large full-sized appliances. There is an ensuite dryer and washing machine on the lower level. Bathroom is newly renovated and cleaned regularly.

TTC in each location is at the door. Subways are 12-15mins away. Eaton Center is a 20min walk. Many grocery stores: Loblaws, Winners, Farm Boy, Health Food Stores, BMO, BofM, King West, Kensington, Trinity Bellwoods, The Bentway, are all steps or minutes away.

The building is smoke-free as per the landlord. LGBTQ Friendly unit and building.

I am an introvert-extrovert who abides by Covid protocols. I work from home and outside the home. I am quiet, cool easy-going, and respectful and seek an equally amicable roommate. My previous roommate has lived with me for 5 yrs and we have mutual respect for each other, a good friendship and will remain in contact. My current roommate will be moving in the next few months but the date has not been set. More than likely by as summer approaches or in the summer months. This is all dependent on work and where work will be. We also have a good rapport and will remain friends after having shared space together for about a year.

I have a very sweet 7 years old dog who loves people. I but he won’t invade your space. That said, he will show you his toys and hope you will play with him.
