Hi there…. This room is located on the main floor of this charming character home in the West end of Toronto, near St Clair Avenue West and Scarlett Rd. On the main level, there is one other bedroom and one bathroom that serves these 2 bedrooms. The housemates are mature professionals in their early 30’s -50’s, very quiet and respectful. It is not a party house. :)

The monthly rent for this room is $1000CAD (single occupancy). AC available at an extra monthly charge in summer months.
This bright room is furnished with a queen size bed, 1 night table, a set of retro furniture with 2 dressers, 2 mirrors and a modern clothes rack. The room has high ceiling and a big window with shutters. All nice wood trims.
Utilities are included: water, heat, hydro, fiber wifi and TV. Access to laundry room.
Also, we are a 5 min bike ride to Jane subway station or Old Mil station through the beautiful views of the park. The neighbourhood is surrounded by nature, bike trails, beautiful jogging paths, tennis courts, canoeing. all along Humber river that leads to Lake Ontario. It’s not a party house… it’s got a very tranquil feeling… mature housemates who are responsible and care about the environment where they live.
Busy Bloor West Village and the Junction are a 5 minute bus ride.
