Available Nov 1 2025. Smoking friendly Private room in my 3 bedroom apartment. No other roommates just myself. Room is bright with a large window and double closet. Newer Double size bed, side table, end of bed storage box and lamp included in furnishings. Main washroom is dedicated to the roommate with shared shower. Medicine cabinet and under the vanity is your space for toiletries and towels if you choose. Kitchen is stocked for cooking and shared. Fridge and Freezer can be utilized but if more space required I recommend a mini fridge in your closet. Laundry and parking on site. Close to bus route, grocery, drugstore and highway. Walking distance to beach and downtown. Smoking friendly.

Looking for a roommate that is quiet. Working person or fulltime student. This is not a party home by any means. I work early and go to bed by 930pm. Your privacy is respected. If you are a person who likes alot of visitors or overnight guests this is not the room for you.
