Amazing location! Townhouse is off burnside road on a quiet street. Bus stop located just steps from our place (bus route #21 #22 & # 26). Only 2 blocks away from Tillicum mall and 5 min drive to uptown/ Mayfair area. Top floor complex, bathroom and hardwood floors recently renovated. Very spacious. 2 bedroom complex. Room is furnished (Bed, TV, bedside table and dresser + a large closet! Everything included. Please tell me a little bit about yourself and the bio and we can meet for a viewing. Thank you!

I am a 29 yr old professional female. I currently work part time during the day 8:30-3:30 3 days a week. On my spare time I like to spent time with my family and friends, workout at home or gym, go for hikes, yoga, cook, etc. I consider myself very laid back and I’d say I’m quite extroverted but I like my alone time as well to recharge. I am an honest, direct and open minded individual, if there is something that needs to be discussed I will try and bring it up to come to a solution. I like having some drinks, music and a few friends over once or twice a month on a Friday or Saturday ( just one or 2 close friends because of COVID). If that’s a problem for you then it’s probably not the right fit. When it comes to cleaning I am very tidy, can’t stand living in a dirty unorganized place (pet peeve). I try to just clean after I’m done instead of leaving it for another time. I am looking for preferably a female roommate but I am open to males too if it’s the right fit. It doesn’t matter if you’re younger than me as long as you are responsible and pick up/ clean after yourself you are a good fit. If you have any more questions feel free to send them to me!
