Pearly's room

I have a private room & private bath available in a 2bed2bath apartment in Yaletown. Each room has a view of the Yaletown Marina & the Cambie Bridge with floor to ceiling windows. The room itself is very spacious and can fit a queen bed + dresser + nightstand + small desk comfortably. There is laundry in the apartment, and a storage closet in the unit as well. Its a spacious apartment, walking distance to all stores.

I’m 26, an executive assistant, and I work from home. I’ve been in this place for 5+ years now and love how spacious it is compared to my old apartments. I love to read, spend time outdoors, and hang out with friends. At home, I mostly keep to myself, but always open to a movie night or making dinner together. I do have a small dog, he’s really friendly, barely ever barks, and loves to play. The apartment itself is usually kept pretty tidy as I find it’s hard to focus in a messy environment. I like to deep clean once a week in the common areas, but I never go into your room or bathroom, and am completely respectful of privacy. I’m looking for someone laid back, easy to get along with, and friendly to my pup :)
