Small, well-maintained building on a quiet street in the Little India Bazaar. Greenwood Park is a 5-minute stroll from the front door, and there’s also an athletic field with a football pitch nearby.

TTC buses/streetcars are very close, Greenwood subway station is the closest stop on the Bloor-Danforth line.

Full size washer and (gas-powered) dryer is on-site, shared with the upstairs and downstairs apartments. The building is heated with radiators in the winter, there’s also an ‘interior’ air conditioning unit included as well.

Recent renos and updates to the building have kept the interior (and exterior, IMO) looking fresh. Photos are from when I moved in (2018).

The 2 rooms at the rear of the unit (one is currently my office) are suitable for bedrooms (blackout shades installed on both windows) and there is a large front room that has enough space for home exercise/lounging/dining which gets amazing sunshine all day!

The bathroom is bright, well-tiled, and while it’s a bit short on shelf/cabinet space, it has just enough storage for day-to-day items.

The kitchen is modern and well-tiled, has a single (large) sink, and lots of cabinet space, so bring your Vitamix, I’ve got the rest! I really enjoy cooking and would consider my kitchen well-equipped for most things (okay, maybe not “advanced” baking)

(for drivers) Oodles of street parking on this and adjacent (parallel) streets. Inexpensive rates for street, because all on-site parking on the property is occupied. My (covered) parking spot may be available periodically.

I am the sole occupant of a unit in a low-rise apartment building, my neighbors (upstairs and downstairs) are friendly and considerate, and it is a delightful neighborhood.

The reason for a roomie? I’m now spending quite a bit of my time up north in Muskoka, so the place would be all yours for the majority of the time.

As for my pursuits - I’m a self-employed professional that is dedicated to learning and building and improving. Being active is important to me, as are martial arts. I enjoy driving, music, designing and building things, and, most recently, writing.
