Private room furnished with queen sized bed(there’s no bedding on it though), wardrobe (there is a closet as well), and small table. The kitchen is quite big and open to everyone. The living room is a nice spot to watch shows or movies (we don’t have cable or satellite), games ( we have a few board games as well as a switch) or to just hangout. The laundry is in building so you don’t have to go somewhere else to do it. Though we are weed friendly you cannot smoke at all indoors as our lease forbids it.

We are looking for a new roommate to move in on April 1st as our other roommate is moving. My name is Kaytlin I’m 19 years old and I’m currently a full-time student. My other roommate’s name is Emily, she is 21 and works full time at Cobs so we get the occasional free bread and/ or pastries when she brings them home. I’m more of an introvert myself and tend to be a little shy at first meeting but Emily will be more than happy to fill in the silence with conversation.
