Pets to be discussed. (There is a very high deposit for 1/2 the entire apartments rent as per landlord).

Housemates: Your housemates include two mature professionals (30’s/ 40’s), one with two part-time children (in school during the day/ at the opposite end of the apartment). Each housemate has their own kitchen or mini kitchen!. You have your own full kitchen! Everyone has their own en-suite and separate living space.

Because of the unique layout, your suite feels separate, private quiet, yet you will also have the benefit of an occasional hello from the other housemates as they are coming and going if you please.

When: Apartment is available Sept. 1 for minimum 6 month+ lease. Prefer long term for the right candidate.

Roomates: Your roommates include a lovely, kind, quiet, friendly, professional, working mom of two (part time) kids who loves the outdoors, traveling, beach going, swimming, camping, surfing, art making, baking, cooking and dancing (and are often out), and a 2nd roommate who is also a quiet, friendly, easygoing, active and working professional. The second roommate and I share the main kitchen and living area.
