Main apartment: This lovely, safe suite is located within a 2000 sq ft larger apartment which has three other bedrooms, laundry room, a separate living room, kitchen and patio. Because of the unique layout, you will also have access to the shared front and hall closet, the storage locker and the occasional visit or hello from the other tenants in the main apartment. Please join us for a visit in the main living room or occasional shared meal. Two quiet, clean, respectful professionally employed adults and two part time children also share the main space (opposite end of apartment).

When: Apartment is available April 1 for a minimum 3 month+ lease. (Credit and reference check also required).

Roomates: Your roommates include a lovely, kind, quiet, friendly, professional, working mom of two (part time) kids who loves the outdoors, traveling, beach going, swimming, camping, surfing, art making, baking, cooking and dancing (and are often out), and a 2nd roommate who is also a quiet, friendly, easygoing, active and working professional. The second roommate and I share the main kitchen and living area.
